Arthogryposis Renal Tubular Dysfunction and Cholestasis (ARC) syndrome (OMIM 208085) is a relatively rare, multisystem disorder. To date, 63 patients from 36 pedigrees have been reported. The pedigree of the patients supports an autosomal recessive inheritance.
